Fulfillment and Storage Policies

The following policies outline the operational procedures and requirements for clients using the ZentroPrep warehouse and fulfillment services.

Clients must create and approve their shipping plans before sending inventory. Processing will only begin once the approved shipping plan and the products have been received at our warehouse.

Our standard turnaround time is 48 business hours after both the inventory and approved shipping plan are received. If a shipment is not ready to ship by the end of the 48th business hour, a 10% service discount may be applied for the delayed shipment.

If damaged items are identified, clients must provide instructions regarding the inventory within 30 days. If no instructions are received within that time, the items may be destroyed.

Any extra or unidentified items received at our facility may be held for up to 90 days. If no storage or handling instructions are provided during this time, the items may be destroyed.

Inventory stored at the warehouse may be subject to destruction or removal if storage fees remain unpaid for three consecutive months.

Storage is free for the first 7 days after inventory arrival. After the free period, storage fees apply as follows:

  • $40 per month per pallet

  • $10 per month per small parcel storage space

Storage fees may be prorated depending on the duration of storage.

Any removal shipments received from Amazon without proper identification or client information may be destroyed.

Clients must meet the required number of units per pricing tier each month. If the required volume is not met, the account may be downgraded to the appropriate tier and pricing may be adjusted accordingly.

If products are mislabeled by ZentroPrep, reimbursement for associated fees may be provided. Clients must return the affected items for verification, and supporting images will be provided. If the issue is determined to be caused by Amazon or another party, reimbursement may not apply.

ZentroPrep reserves the right to retain or hold inventory until all outstanding invoices have been paid.

ZentroPrep will not disclose or share supplier information with any external third party.

A minimum shipping plan of 20 units is required. Units may be distributed across multiple Amazon fulfillment centers if necessary.

Boxes received from suppliers may be reused for outbound shipments unless they are damaged. Reused packaging may occasionally result in slightly higher shipping costs depending on carrier requirements.

Clients are required to enable 2D barcodes on their Amazon seller accounts. This allows efficient packing and processing of products. ZentroPrep reserves the right to refuse service if this requirement is not met.
